Hello,
how do you get in a relationship in Sims 3 mobile because i can't go further than just being best friend???

Hye Sir,

All you will have to do :

You have to do a ton of romantic interactions back to back to back until the "propose steady" interaction pops up under the "romantic" section.

They have to "set the mood" to ask so don't interrupt the romantic interactions with something friendly or mean. Continue with the romance and it should happen.
