will gta4 run on my laptop dual core 3gb ram

Configuration: Windows 2000
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello Sir,

Please make sure to have a graphic card Geforce 9 series with 512 mb or above,

And then purchase the original DVD disc to run the game
