Forgot my email address and password

Hello,
I have bought my magic jack just a month before.First when i plugged in it asked me register by asking my name and address.At last it asked me to enter an email address and password.I have entered an unknown email address and password.Now i dont remember the email address and password but it is asking me to enter my email and password to verify my login.So, please tell me what is the solution for this problem or my problem?
