Virus delete all the desktop items on every

Hello,
we have pc with windows xp os and working in domen.
when we logon for a specific user it delete all the desktop items. if we restore system then all the item are again, but these are not deleted every time . When we logon by administrator user itemes are not deleted for user.
We have observed that on log on for specific user some programme is auto rinning and creation an other devise as control panel.
plese give solution
