I had the same problem, I solved it this way!
1. go to https://support.lenovo.com/fr/en/?lndocid=MIGR-58599
2. download the .exe file
3. install .exe file
4.Click Start and then click Run.
Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\AUDIO\SETUP.EXE in the Open box and click OK.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Click Finish and reboot the system when prompted in order to complete the installation.
