I need sound driver for Ibm T43

Hello,
I need sound driver for MY Ibm T43,ever since that i formatt my laptop,i have lost the sound on it,which i dont have the recovery cd to re-install the sound..i have check ibm web site but i could not find solution..please anybody wish to help me i will be very grateful.Thanks

My sound driver is not working "couldnot find media device driver" this message is comming so many times i did install or uninstall but cannot sucess plz send me a proper driver or tell any other suggestion
