Well, your question wasnt pretty understood but if you meant that how can you browse the Internet on your Samsung mobile then all you need to do is to get Internet settings from your Network Service Provider. And you also pay for the Internet service because the longer you browse the more your Airtime lessens. But also if you want to enjoy full browsing experience on your Samsung E250 I bet you download Opera Mini mobile web browser. I also use E250 and have no troubles in browsing the Internet.
