I went to Device Manager and it had a question mark by one of the sound devices. i went to help & support and it told me to delete the file and restore it. I did that, but it still does not work. I do not kow how to get to my memory stick or the hard disk. The speakers did not come with CD to download and the manufactor Cyber Acoustics don't have it on their website!!!! Very upset
