Have u got it preinstalled in your computer or are u using a usb stick ? if ur using a usb stick it should start up automatically if not go to 'my computer' click the removable disk drive that is for the bluetooth and it should take you to the setup part i had the same problem when i first bought mine and that was a usb pen
