ok so a couple weeks ago i downloaded the new versions of iTunes and all of a sudden my iPod doesnt sync or charge but its found in my computer with a yellow explamation point. today, i was on the phone for an hour with Apple support and its not my iPod that doesn't work becasue it works on another computer. So apparently its Microsoft. What is the problem????
