I am sorry but on the dell official website you can only find the driver for Vista 32 and 64 bit only

You will have to download the driver manually separately

I will advise you to use Everest software to identify which devices are installed

YES its hard to get Drivers for DELL XPS M1330 from http://support.dell.com
What you can do just click on this link, you will get all WIN XP drivers for DELL XPS M1330.
