Aspire one ZG5 issue

Friends

I am in trouble, I got acer aspire zg5. I bought it three months ago. somehow i came across a virus or trojan which is not allowing me to run any application on my netbook. Whenever i start my netbook- software called SYSTEm SECURITY start sacn my lappy and end up saying 38 infected files found and ask me to register the product.


I cant use my netbook anymore as it not allowing any application to run. I tried restoring system going in safe mode using e recovery system but nothing comes up.

I recently came in australia and have no one here to help me out.

Hello Sir,

I will advise you to use your recovery cd to restore windows to factory defaults

This is the only thing to be done,

Please note that you should update your antivirus database and also your windows system regularly
