Projector connection

Hello,



I receive a projector from my boyfriend , and i would like to connect it to my laptop , it is already connected to the plug and the projector is on but i have not having any single image.


What can be done to solve this problem ?

You have to toggle your video on your laptop to run dual displays.
On Lenovo it is the Fn key and F5. Depending on your laptop, you will need to determine how to do this on the keyboard to toggle your video mode.

Netbook VGA outlet connected to projector RCA outlet using adapter cable(digital computer signal to analog projector?),afterf5 f8 toggling and still no results; monitor screen toggling 1 and 2 and still nothing
