I never downloaded this or installed it yet i still can not get it removed it keeps sending popups saying it is infected and windows meta file vunnerability regarded extremely critical highest possible rating i have anti virus avg help me get it off my computer i am very frustrated at how this even happen to my computer it should be illegal by the way it is called personal anti virus

To check the presence of infection, can you download this :


HijackThis (a diagnostic tool):

Refresh ▶ HIJACKTHIS


▶ On your desktop, launch the program.

▶ Choose the first option "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

▶ Post the report in your next reply.

How to copy / paste the report:

▶ When you report to the screen, you do ctrl A to "select all" then ctrl C to "copy".

▶ Then you come on the forum to answer me and you do ctrl V to paste the report.
