Keyboard not responding please help

Hello, my laptop keyboard doesnt respond have to use on screen keyboard also noticed it has no audio output all of a sudden does it need a software drive update? please help? Acer Aspire 3050 vista basic

You have Vista i will advise you to recover Windows to factory settings,

Use the Recovery CD to proceed
