Hello,

I am using Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. I installed spyware remover software lastly. When I switch on my system, it reboot automatically. I also tried to restart my computer on safe mode, the same problem still persists.

I have no backup. What should I do to recover my operating system?

Please reply me. It is very urgent.

Configuration: Windows XP

Hello,

Try to do a scan on the ms dos system. You should run and insert the ms dos system by using a bootable disk to do a scanreg or try a repair install. It should work.

Hope this will help you.
