Dell d620 asking for admin or system password

Hello,
my dell d620 when switched on asking for admin or sytem password i dont have a clue what it is and your normal options to press f2 or f12 when booting wont respond any ideas please?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

or by default its blank

or on start up

press ctrl alt del X 2

and enter your login name and password
