while staring windows the following error appears

H there,

Goto-> RUN->

Regedit->HKEY_LOCAL_MEACHINE->SOFTWARE->MICROSOFT->WINDOWS NT->CURRENT VERSION->WINLOGON->in the reght side panel u can see the key SHELL

in that key delete only the regsver.exe

Press OK
