Micro sd card won't format

Hello,
my micro sd card won't format. i put in in my Motorola slvr l7 phone,and it recognizes it but it wont format. please help me.

Configuration: Windows XP

Hye there,

If you want to format the card, please plug it to a pc card reader and format using the pc,

Then put it back to your phone
