Itunes not downloading due to security settin

Hello,
I tried downloading itunes on to a brand new hp laptop but once i click the download button a new tab appears with a security message saying " your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded. How do i change the settings so itunes will be downloaded?

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.11

Hi there,

go to your anti virus settings and go to security options and allow anonymous surfing

use a download manager

follow link below and download it

http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger-886-internet-d­ownload-manager

install it and integrate in your browser
