Control panel missing

Hello,
SIr/Madam

I have installed photoshop cs2 in my system. after installing that software control panel is not there in my system. I have tried to enable the control panel by going to properties of start menu also. But control panel is not available there also. What to do and how to recover my control panel.

Please give me a solution
