Windows explorer stop working

Hello,
Whenever I open my documents folder a message appears saying that. windows explorer has stop working, and therefor i can not open any folder. I repaired windows many times from built in recovery but did not fix the problem. Could you please help me?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.1

Hi there,

whenever this occurs

press ctrl alt and del X 2

task manager is open

then on new task type explorer.exe

Same here - it especially happens as soon as I open my Videos file. It seems ridiculous that something should occur in Vista.
