Acer Aspire 4736z, Backup DVD or CD

Hello,
i bought acer Aspire 4736z and want to create factury default back up. The system is not accepting double layer DVD, please advise the exact specifications of DVD or CD required for this.

This is a very common problem which most users are having,

You will have to determine if your drive is double layer capable,

Please use Nero Infotool
