Disc burner not found...

Hello,

I just recently downloaded the latest version of iTunes, and tried to burn a CD for my boyfriend.

Next thing I know, it's telling me that no Disc Burner is found...

I don't understand, I never had a problem with this before.

I searched online and many forums and did about seven different things. Still have the same problem.

Since most of the songs are iTunes purchased, I cannot try to use Windows Media and see if it works.

I passed all the diagnostic tests in iTunes...

Etc. Etc. Etc.

Do I need to do something with the driver? (If yes please explain how.)

No? Something else?

Help please!

Dear Sir,

I think that itunes is not recognizing your burner,

I will advise you to use Nero software to burn your discs

This is the best burning software for Windows users
