Itunes version 8 has missing files

Hello,
I have a ipod nano 4th generation. For the past year i have been using itunes 8 normally, but suddenly a trojan virus was found on there and after killing it my itunes does not work. when ever i click on it a message says that there are missing files. I have tried to uninstall and install but the message pops up again. Without itunes i can not sync music and movies to it.
i really need your help and advice.
PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Hi,

it seems the the virus infected some files.

try to install a new iTunes on the previous one...

this should help.

or try the Revo uninstaller software to uninstall the iTunes and then you may install a fresh one:
