Hp pavilion ze5400 freezes at entering setup

Hello,
I have an hp pavilion ze5470 and when I turn the laptop on in freezes at the hp logo. Can anyone help?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.11

Hi,

remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 20seconds.

put back the battery and then start the laptop.

if this does not solves the problem, then contact your local HP dealer for support.
