Hello,
Please help me, i have a Toshiba laptop model A135-S4656 and it was using Vista home basic, however i down graded to XP SP2 and this problem arose "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly." or when i use media player classic i receive this message "media player classic could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters installed on the system"
I have installed XP codec pack 2.4.9, 2.4.8, storm codec, and Realtek High defination Audio driver but in vain.
What should i do?
Thanks
Configuration: Windows XP
