Windows was unable to find a certificate

Hello,
i just installed windows xp home sp2 on my laptop i have a belkin n1 router and have download all the drivers everything i need but when i connect to the internet now i have a little pop up saying that windows was unable to find a certificate for it any idea's if this will affect my speed's and how i can fix it?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

try to update the drivers or the router.

this should fix the problem.

download and install the latest version of the driver.
