Hardisk Master or slave

Hello ,
I got two sata hardisk i want them to be connected on 1 pc , how must i configurate the master and the slave?


Can 2 sata be put on 1 motherboard

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi ,


Your motherboard will never accept using 2 sata except if your configurate the disk drive manually.


Go to bios and select which hardisk you want to use as slave and which one you want to be use as master
