my skype wont let me sign inSolved/Closed

Hello,
imm trying to sign in to skype but it will not allow me and it says you need to call your network administrator  and I need the phone number for skype so I can call for the network adminstrtor  and  I have tried signing up like 20 times but it says contact your network adminstrator can I have help please. tank you

Hi all, 
I had the same problem, I read the support tips in the Skype website and it worked:

http://support.skype.com/... 

In my case I only unchecked the ports box (tip #5) and Skype succeeded to connect.

Hye there,

Please check your firewall settings, 

Go to Control Panel, 

Open Windows Firewall and verify if it's blocking skype access, 

If yes just add skype to the exception list
