I am new to technology I am a teacther in geography I bought a laptop to be able to make some research and develop my courses, I have me iniciated to some important maintenance of my computer I have heard about defragmenting.

No defragmenting permits to your pc to assemble un range information and regroup them to make syour system work faster.
You can defragment your pc once a month depending of number of information that you have. |
