Hello,
ok i downloaded the driver for my printer but when i go to word hit print when i got to select the printer its not there......what do i do or what did i do wrong....btw its a hp deskjet 5550 its like 8 years old

Configuration: Windows XP
Safari 530.5

Hi,

remove the printer cable and then connect it to another USB port.

or try another cable.

make sure that the printer is switched on.

check the power cable as well.
