Wireless router

Hi,
I got a question if I connect a wireless Modemrouter to a Modem netgear router will i be able to use only the wireless connection ?

Or the two modem will be causing conflits?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Just connect your wireless router to the actual modem it will work perfectly.
