No bluetooth device ACER EXTENSA 5220\

Hello,
I have acer Extensa 5220 laptop. it has a bluetooth button but when i press the button " no bluetooth device" message appears on screen. I have downloaded drivers for the bluetooth as well. Extensa 5220 has built in bluetooth device. please lead me in this regard as soon as possible.

The fact that there is a Bluetooth button on your laptop does not mean that there is a Bluetooth hardware installed. The first step is to check out in the device manager if it is present....Note that if the hardware is present but not installed, there will be a yellow exclamation mark near it and you just have to install the driver to use it. In the other case, maybe that there is no built in Bluetooth device in your PC (though there is a button allocated for this functionality)...You'll need to buy one.....
