HI,
I came to phone that is possible to make pc to phone call with some VOIP software i want to build a home call center an i am looking for a software that can customize and edit calls and also make reporting of the call i heard about some existing software like vocalcom and Hermes that generate inbound and outbound call and i would like to have one but free.


I already tried with skype and voice cheap for calling on phones from pc but the quality is not so good please contact me if you can provide me a free software that can do that for me.
