I am at my wits end. over the last two year someone first set up a bebo account with a fake name and added all my friends from all over the country he/she then wrote to them fishing for info and really slating me. I also got some really nasty comments. From all his research on bebo this person knows so much about my life. Recently its got really worse and they have hacked into my yahoo address and hence my facebook writing to people pretending to be me. I have tried countless times to permanently delete both my yahoo and facebook but somehow this person reactivates them. i set up a new hotmail account and within less than a day before anyone knew my new address I received an email from my him using my old yahoo giving me abuse and saying he still knows my passwords. I have went to the guards and contacted my ISP but they will not do a thing so now I'm lost I don't know what I can do. I was told by a friend who works in computers that it sounds like someone on the same network who lives near me may have hacked into my computer? I never save my passwords on my computer. I followed the link on yahoo for forgotton passwords and answer my secret questions, how would he know these? From the emails he sent me I was able to source the IP address but I do not know much about the technichal side and I've tried to trace his/hers IP address but all I get is the location of their internet providers. I've wrote to facebook, yahoo and even their internet provider but I am getting no answer. Please, please help my name is being ruined and there is nothing anyone will do to help :(:(:(
