How to activate my anti virus system?

Hello, my computer is infected with viruses. And my anti-virus can't be activated. Warning says I have to activate my antivirus software but i don't know how to do it because i was not the one who purchased my pc. How can I activate my antivirus system? I am following the steps my pc is telling me but I don't even have a card to pay the bill it is asking not unless I pay by mail or door to door. Thank you.

What antivirus u have because it's deffrenet soo if u can re send me a msg if no open control panel add remove prog remove ur antivirus and instal nod 32 or bitdeffender and scan ur pc wish i can make any help :) FROM : LaTiNo_HeaT
