How to share my Internet connection with ICS?

Hello,
i cannot use the damn ICS ive put on the share on the internet connection but my other laptop can find the network but no internet ( IM ON VISTA ) plz if you guys know wat im doing wrong PLZ you have to help me ( IM NOT REALLY THAT GUD WITH COMPUTERS ) so plz help me guy god bless and thank you

Hi,

you need to turn off the User Account Control and then try to connect again.
