Contact list not available

Hello,
i have been using the latest version of messenger and it had no problem...but its been one week now since i can't get ol..whenever i attempt to get ol it's saying that my contact list is not available..so i uninstalled that messenger and downloaded the older version..well, that is the version used before..but still when i tried to get ol it's sayin the same thing..why is this

Hi,

try to do a system restore.

this should fix you problem.

>start

>all programs

>accessories

>system tools

>system restore

select a date prior to these problems.

Yea see i myself have restored my computer like .. 20,0000 times trying to fix it but it always ends up doing the same thing making me upgrade then all my contacts go away again ..
