hi its john here i have a prbm with my mp3 and mp6 plz help me , i would be thankfull to u , the prbm is when i start my mp3 its plays songs but after o2 or three songs it get off i dont know y , and about my mp6 when i press the power botton its suppose to get on but for few seconds the screen appears and the time i leave the power button its get black. plz help me

Hello what you have to do is to format your mp3 ,and also to be careful to keep the system files of your mp3

Follow below step :

Connect it to a pc
Go to my computer
Select your Mp3 Device
Go to properties
Quick format
