Ares 2.1.1.3035 wont connect

Hi ,
i have got a vista computer ,
i have downloaded ares 2.1.1.3035 and it will not connect i have unblocked it from firewall and i have disconnected loads of times , it connect once but now it just wont connect its really annoying me now i try if like 5 times a day
please someone help me :'(

Hye there,

You will have to configure your port settings on your router and also on ares to open the connection!

Hi
To configure your port settings for your router go to www.portforward.com, it gives detailed instructions on how to do it. With regard to ares not connecting I installed ares 2.1.1.3035 & thought it wasnt connecting because it always said connecting but I did a search for a file anyway & it returned multiple results proving that it was connected even though it only showed connecting.
