Mouse does not activate on computer start

Hello,
When I turn on my computer, (Running Microsoft Ultimate 7) the mouse does not light up. I have to manually turn off the computer and start it again. When I do this the mouse is activated. How can I get the mouse activated when th ecomputer is first turned on.

Dear Sir,

Are you using a USB mouse?? or a PS2?

IF you have USB mouse just use a ps2 instead!

This is the new windows 7 and this is my due to driver problems
