My USB HDD not detecting

Hello,
My USB portable HDD not detecting. i had changed the cable & try to open in another PCs. But still it is not opening.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

it seems that the HDD is out of order.

you will need to buy another one.

if you have recently purchased it, return the HDD back to the shop and get it inspected and even replaced if necessary.
