Problem for viewing photos

Hello,
i can't open my photos with my fax viewer and also from other program too.
without formating the computer how can i see my photos as normal.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi,

make sure that the icons are shortcuts of the pictures.

check that the file format of the pictures are still the same.

it may be that the file are corrupted.

or Right click on the picture and select ‘open with’ and then click ‘Choose Program’.

Choose another software which you want to use. If the program doesn’t show up in the window you can use the option ‘Browse…’

then enable the option ‘Always use the selected program to open this kind of file’
