Hello,

Please help! Within the next few days, I will need to submit a screen capture to my school. On my HP Pavilion dv7, I have tried pressing the prt sc key as well as the alt-prt sc keys. However, neither captures the screen. I'm going nuts with this. Can someone please offer me a solution?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.11

Hi,

it depends on what application you are running when trying to do the screen capture.

try to press Ctrl+Prt Sc and then you should paste it in Ms Paint.

this should work.
