Mannually settings for bsnl and idea

Hello,
sir i have nokia 6300 mobile. i have to sim card one of bsnl prepaid and another idea prepaid. i want use free internet connectting mobile to laptop by usb cable data. i want 100 percentage working mannualy settings for mobile and laptop. i tried doing it but i could't succsess. plz help me and send me latest tricks to my email.

Configuration: Windows 98 Internet Explorer 6.0
