Internet on my cell phone..motorola sliver L6

Hello,
my name robert...im having trouble getting internet on my cell phone...my plan has internet on it...
when i try to go to my browser it say network not avalible...went in to web sessions and put in t-mobile and thought i filled in all the fields right but still it say no service...it asks things like...Proxy 1...have no clue...and port 1...no clue...andDomain 1...no clue...and DNS1...no clueand Line type...no clue...and GPRS APN...no clue...dont know what any of that stuff means...can you help....please...

you need to contact your local network provider.

they will send you the settings and after that you will be able to get access to the net.
