I can not access internet in my office

Hello,
I am working in a office where I send and receive my emails through Lotus and it is working fine, but I can not brows the internet, it is blocked by our IT Dept., how can I access to the internet ?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

you may risk your post if you do that, so it is not advisable to do that.

so better ask the IT department.

Perhaps the internet connection has been blocked thought your Internet explorer settings



You can check that with the below commands


Open Internet Explorer


Click on tools


Internet Options

Security - Restricted sites..


See whether google.com has been blocked

If nothing has been blocked so they have block the internet connection though the server or router..
