Cannot load facebook

Hello,
help coogle puts me on to the opion of facebook but ive clicked on it and it will only load cannot even get on to facebook to login it just keeps saying waiting for http it loads half way then just stays there please help

go to control panel > internet options to clear the cookies and temporary files and folders.

this should help.

or there may be a server problem.
