Problems with personal antivirus

Hello,
I received a message that my personal computer at home was infected with Trojans and multiple other viruses and the only way to get rid of it was to pay for the Personal Antivirus. I paid for it. Everything worked fine that day but now two days later I can not even log into the computer. My windows application is showing a security guard message. I don't know what to do. When I tried calling the Personal Antivirus number that shows up on my credit card, it is always busy.

this is a malware.

download and install the MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware to get rid of it.

Personal Antivirus is a fake rogue spyware program.it is not a security program but a virus itself. you should follow this removal guide to get rid of Personal Antivirus
