Help me install itunes plz.

Hello,
when i try to install itunes on my computer a little box appears and says "itunes requires that your computer is running windows xp sp2 or newer".
i dont know why it says that when this computer has xp so i really have no idea plz help.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello,

You will have to install Windows Service Pack 2 for XP to be able to use itunes

Please download SP 2 here:

http://www.microsoft.com/...

Download and install,

Restart your machine

And install itunes
